While certainly not the least expensive in the business, Byte Computer Services takes a novel approach to providing and charging for our services.  Our break/fix services for small business is built on the 15-10 system.

This system helps to ensure that our technicians strive to solve your problem in the most timely manner and to do it right.  Guarantees made by this policy are:

• If the actual time is going to exceed the quoted by less than 15% you will not be billed for the overage
• If the actual time is more than 10% less than the quoted, you receive the discount
• If a service is improperly performed or incompletely performed without the customer's authorization and/or direction, time spent to correct the situation in the proper manner will not be billed.
